Notes - Boots issued to former England and Chelsea defender John Terry in his final year with Umbro. Terry is one of just five players to make over 500 appearances for the Blues, notably leading the club to five Premier League titles, four FA Cups and one Champions League triumph to become their most successful captain of all-time. The defender also earned 78 caps for England during an illustrious career that also included World Cup selection in both 2006 and 2010.
