Away shirt as worn during the season Anzhi were plunged into turmoil in August 2013 when owner Suleyman Kerimov decided to drastically cut the team's budget, a firesale ensued with all the club's stars including Eto'o, Willian and Samba sold off. The Dagestanskiye quickly found themselves at the wrong end of the Premier League table and were eventually relegated finishing 18th. The dangerous Brazilian attacker moved to Stamford Bridge having made just 11 appearances for Anzhi, later winning the Premier League in just his second season for the Blues
