Notes

The 2013-14 campaign saw FC Utrecht, under the management of Jan Wouters, secure a mid-table 10th-place finish in the Eredivisie. Leading the charge for Domstedelingen was midfielder Jens Toornstra, whose 12 league goals proved vital. While the club reached the KNVB Cup Quarter-finals, the season is perhaps most remembered for the shock and humbling loss in the UEFA Europa League Second qualifying round against Differdange 03, marking a frustrating chapter despite Toornstra's outstanding form.
