Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Miyazaki during the 2013 J.League season. The defender made 26 appearances in all competitions as Júbilo Iwata were relegated following a disappointing 17th place finish. Miyazaki was entering his second season with the side following a successful loan move the previous season.
