Notes
Home shirt as worn in the season when the Rojiblancos attempted to retain their La Liga title despite selling talisman Diego Costa, they put up a good fight but eventually finished in 3rd. Diego Simeone's side also progressed to the Quarter-Finals of the Champions League before losing to rivals Real Madrid in the dying minutes of the tie
