The 2014-15 campaign saw Chievo Verona, affectionately known as the Gialloblu, successfully secure their Serie A status for the eighth consecutive season, finishing 14th in the table. The season was characterized by an early managerial change as Rolando Maran took the reins from Eugenio Corini in October, steering the team away from relegation trouble. Leading the charge was the dependable striker Alberto Paloschi, whose 9 crucial goals anchored the attack, a contribution made all the more significant after the club purchased his full registration rights from AC Milan.
