Notes

The 2014-15 campaign under new manager Julen Lopetegui was a season of soaring European ambition for FC Porto, though Os Dragões ultimately finished a close 2nd in the Primeira Liga, missing out on a major trophy for the first time since the 1988-89 season. The attack was anchored by the unstoppable Colombian striker Jackson Martínez, whose league-leading 21 goals in the league (32 in all competitions) cemented his place as the league's top scorer and a club icon. The season's high point was an unforgettable run to the UEFA Champions League Quarter-finals, highlighted by a club-record 6-0 group stage victory against BATE and a famous 3-1 first-leg win against Bayern Munich at the Estádio do Dragão, marking a thrilling, if ultimately frustrating, chapter in their modern history.
