The 2014-15 Miami Heat season was a period of resilient transition as the team navigated its first year following the departure of LeBron James. Despite finishing with a 37-45 record and narrowly missing the playoffs, the season was highlighted by the continued excellence of All-Star Dwyane Wade and the mid-season emergence of center Hassan Whiteside, who became a defensive force. The team also bolstered its future by acquiring talented point guard Goran Dragic, showcasing a competitive spirit and foundational growth under head coach Erik Spoelstra.
