The 2015-16 campaign was a season of stability and attacking flair for Carlisle United as the Cumbrians secured a respectable 10th-place finish in League Two. Leading the charge was the powerful forward Jabo Ibehre, whose 15 league goals (17 overall) proved decisive in a year defined by resilience, including a memorable run to the FA Cup fourth round where they faced Everton. Despite the mid-season challenges posed by Storm Desmond, which forced the club away from Brunton Park, the team showed tremendous spirit under Keith Curle. It was a year that solidified the club's position in the football league and remains a fondly remembered chapter for the Blue Army faithful.
