Notes

The 2015-16 campaign was a season of spectacular resurgence for Hertha BSC, with Die Alte Dame securing a crucial 7th-place finish in the Bundesliga and a coveted spot in the Europa League qualifying rounds under manager Pál Dárdai. Spearheading the attack was the resurgent forward Salomon Kalou, whose 14 league goals proved decisive in a season of remarkable recovery after the club barely avoided relegation the previous year. Although the team's strong start, which saw them climb as high as 3rd place, ended with a disappointing late-season collapse, the campaign remains a defining chapter for the club, which also enjoyed a memorable run to the DFB-Pokal semi-finals.
