Leading the charge was the sensational Mimoun Mahi, whose career-best 17 goals proved decisive in a campaign built on his successful transition from winger to striker and earned him sixth place on the league's top scorers list. This attacking resurgence, under manager Ernest Faber, cemented a solid season for the club and led to their participation in the European competition qualification play-offs.
