Notes

The 2017-18 campaign was a season of spectacular attacking prowess and cup glory for Sporting CP, with Os Leões finishing 3rd in the Primeira Liga and winning the Taça da Liga. Spearheading the charge was the clinical Bas Dost, whose incredible 34 goals across all competitions, including a league-best 27, was brilliantly complemented by the emergence of new star Bruno Fernandes, making it a thrilling, yet ultimately tumultuous, chapter in the club's modern history that also saw them reach the Europa League Quarter-finals.
