The 2018-19 campaign delivered a successful season of consolidation for Blackburn Rovers as Rovers firmly re-established themselves in the second tier, finishing a respectable 15th place in the Championship. Leading the charge was the lethal, almost-telepathic partnership of Bradley Dack, who was also named Player of the Season, and veteran Danny Graham, both of whom scored 15 crucial league goals. It was a pivotal year that marked their hard-won return to the Championship under manager Tony Mowbray and was built on the momentum and attacking excitement of the previous season's promotion.
