Notes

This Nike shirt was worn by Chelsea side in the 2018-19 season, featuring a team of superstars, including Eden Hazard and N'Golo Kanté. The Blues lifted the UEFA Europa League under Maurizio Sarri this season, beating rivals Arsenal 4-1 in the final as Eden Hazard scored twice in his final game for the club. Chelsea also finished 3rd in the Premier League and reached the final of the Carabao Cup, which saw a bewildering moment as goalkeeper Kepa refused to be substituted at the end of extra time, visibly angering Sarri. The team's fighting spirit and determination were on full display throughout the season, as they played a beautiful brand of football.
