Notes - Special edition away shirt designed to celebrate the designation of Parma as the 2020 'Capitale della Cultura', which was intended to be released alongside various cultural events in the city before proceedings were delayed a year by the COVID-19 pandemic. This highly-collectible design was modelled on that worn by I Gialloblu in the 2019-20 season, the club's second season in Serie A after their bankruptcy relegation to Serie D in 2015, in which head coach Roberto D'Aversa led the side to another mid-table finish
