Notes - Official player issue tribute patch as worn by Roma on the last game of the 2018-19 season. Roma wore the following season's home strip in this game in whcih saw the curtain tailing and farewell of club legend Daniele De Rossi who would leave for Boca Juniors. This patch was worn in recognition of the midfield engine's end to his 19 association with the club that saw Roma overcome Parma 2-1 in the Stadio Olimpico. This patch is worn on the left sleeve.
