Notes

Home shirt as worn during the campaign where Frank Lampard spent over £220m on five big additions to his squad in order to once again challenge for major honours. After a promising start to the season, form would slump severely in December and into January, with club legend Lampard losing his position in late January. German Thomas Tuchel would take over the reins and immediately steady the ship, winning his first four games in charge.
