Notes

The 2020-21 campaign delivered a turbulent but ultimately successful fight for survival for Huddersfield Town as The Terriers secured their Championship status with a 20th-place finish. Under manager Carlos Corberán, the team attempted an ambitious high-possession style that initially brought their best start to a season in years, though it later led to a difficult slump and a need for a late-season grind. Leading the charge was the clinical young forward Josh Koroma, whose 8 crucial goals topped the scoring charts in a year also defined by the contributions of Juninho Bacuna and Lewis O'Brien. It was a dramatic year that marked a difficult but successful battle to cling onto their second-tier position and remains a chapter of high-wire football in the club's modern history.
