Notes

The 2020-21 campaign delivered ultimate heartbreak and a dramatic end to an era for Kilmarnock as The Killie finished a perilous 11th in the Scottish Premiership, resulting in a crushing relegation to the Championship after 28 consecutive seasons in the top flight. The turbulent year, which saw managerial changes from Alex Dyer to Tommy Wright, was ultimately defined by their play-off final defeat to Dundee. Veteran winger Chris Burke led the league scoring with 9 goals, while the late-season arrival of Kyle Lafferty proved a crucial spark, scoring 13 goals across all competitions, but their heroics were not enough to stave off the drop. It was a devastating, unforgettable year that remains a painful defining chapter in the club's modern history.
