Notes

The 2021-22 campaign was a season of deep European drama and domestic glory for Rangers as The Gers finished 2nd in the Scottish Premiership. Under the guidance of new manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst, the season was defined by a magnificent, historic run to the UEFA Europa League Final, a journey that captivated the faithful before a narrow defeat on penalties. Domestic success was secured with the team lifting the Scottish Cup. Leading the charge in all competitions were joint top goalscorers captain James Tavernier and Alfredo Morelos, both netting 18 goals, which marked a proud and unforgettable chapter in the club's modern history.
