One official player size patch as awarded to AC Milan for claiming 7 UEFA Champions League titles. This new style badge replaces the seperate patch used previously and now includes the number of titles achieved in the starball from the 2021-22 season. AC Milan will wear the badge in recognition of their European title achievements in which the 2006-07 final claimed their 7th. This badge is applied to the right-sided sleeve above the UEFA foundation patch.
