Notes - Official player size patches by all teams competing in the EFL Papa Johns Trophy. The change in sponsorship in October 2020 saw Papa Johns provide a fresh rebrand of the competition in which teams from League One and League Two with the addition of academies from the Premier League and Championship participate in. This season's final saw The Black Cats Sunderland face Merseyside's Super White Army Tranmere Rovers at Wembley. Due to COVID-19, no supporters were in the stadium to see Sunderland claim the trophy after Lynden Gooch secured a 1-0 victory. This patch is applied to the right sided sleeve although certain clubs had these patches applied to both.
