• Here are a few options
• all commonly understood in South American Spanish: **Option 1 (Most common and direct):** "Algunas pequeñas marcas puntuales
• ligero desgaste en el estampado y alguna que otra bolita diminuta." **Option 2 (Slightly more informal for "dot marks"):** "Algunos pequeños puntos
• leve desgaste en el estampado y alguna que otra bolita." **Option 3 (More emphasis on "stains" for dot marks):** "Algunas pequeñas manchitas
• ligero desgaste en el estampado y alguna que otra bolita diminuta." **Breakdown of terms:** * **A few small dot marks:** * *Algunas pequeñas marcas puntuales* (Some small punctual/dot-like marks) * *Algunos pequeños puntos* (Some small dots) * *Algunas pequeñas manchitas* (Some small little stains/marks) * **Slight wear to print:** * *Ligero desgaste en el estampado* (Light wear on the print/design) * *Leve desgaste en la serigrafía* (Slight wear on the screen print - if it's specifically screen printing) * **The odd tiny bobble:** * *Alguna que otra bolita diminuta* (Some tiny bobble here and there / the odd tiny bobble) * *Alguna que otra bolita* (Some bobble here and there - "diminuta" is implied if it's a bobble) * *Pilling* (Sometimes used as a loanword
• but "bolitas" is more common) I recommend **Option 1** as it's clear
• precise
• and widely understood.
