• Here are a few options
• all suitable for South American Spanish: **Option 1 (Most common and direct):** "**Algunas marcas en la parte superior delantera y en la espalda
• con alguna que otra en la manga izquierda.**" * *Algunas marcas:* A few marks * *en la parte superior delantera:* to upper front * *y en la espalda:* and reverse (for a shirt
• "espalda" is more natural than "reverso") * *con alguna que otra:* with the odd one (a very common and natural way to say this) * *en la manga izquierda:* to left sleeve **Option 2 (Slightly more concise):** "**Unas pocas marcas en el frente superior y en la espalda
• y alguna suelta en la manga izquierda.**" * *Unas pocas marcas:* A few marks * *en el frente superior:* to upper front * *y en la espalda:* and reverse * *y alguna suelta:* and an isolated/odd one * *en la manga izquierda:* to left sleeve Both options are perfectly understandable and natural in South American Spanish. Option 1 is probably the most idiomatic for "with the odd one.
