What was the first shirt in your collection?

\"The first piece I collected was an original German shirt with official Oliver Bierhoff printing back in 1999. Bierhoff played for my Italian team, AC Milan, at the time in Serie A. I bought it in a small football shop near my home, I used to love looking through the rails at rare shirts, it's a shame those small sports shops are really rare nowadays. I was looking to replace the same shirt I had bought 1 year earlier because it was a fake! At that time I was only 14 years old and didn't know what features to look out for. Even on a replica shirt!\"

\"My favourites and the best football shirt designs for me are the 1990 and 1994 Germany shirts. The design used by Germany at the 1988 and 1990 tournaments were the first to introduce the flag colours in the main design and this feature continued through to my other favourite used at USA 1994.\"

Which is the rarest shirt in your collection?

\"The rarest has to be my match worn shirt from Euro '96. It was used by German striker Stefan Kuntz in the Semi-Final match vs England at Wembley Stadium. It was a great match with Kuntz scoring the equalising goal to take the match to penalties.

I got the shirt from the Classic Football Shirts match worn shirt section. I was so lucky to be able to get this shirt for my collection. Amazing!\"

Is there a shirt you would like for your collection but don't have yet?

\"I would like to add some more match worn shirts to my collection, especially those that represent important matches in Germany's history. A specific shirt I would really like is the black and red away shirt from the 7-1 victory over Brazil at the 2014 World Cup.

For me it was a special day because Germany got their revenge for on Brazil for the 2002 World Cup Final defeat and Klose became the top-scorer in World Cup history overtaking Ronaldo.

Another shirt I'd like to add to my collection is Olver Kahn's shirt from 2002 World Cup. I'm a goalkeeper so it would be great to have a shirt worn by one of Germany's greatest ever players.\"
